History education often struggles to engage students due to traditional teaching methods that lack interactivity. "HE-STORY JUMP! MAT KILAU SIDE-SCROLLER RPG" is an innovative educational game that transforms history learning into an interactive and immersive experience. Developed using Unity and pixel-based art, the game introduces players to the legendary Malaysian warrior Mat Kilau through a side-scrolling RPG format. The project follows the ADDIE model for structured development, ensuring high-quality game mechanics and educational alignment. Preliminary testing with students has demonstrated increased engagement and comprehension of historical events. This proposal aims to commercialize the game for integration into school curriculums, public distribution, and potential expansion into other historical narratives, making history learning accessible, engaging, and marketable.
