Physical fitness plays an important role in the development and well-being of Malaysian students as a whole. This contributes not only to their physical health but also positively to their academic performance and social interactions. The Ministry of Education of Malaysia has introduced the National Physical Fitness Standard of Malaysian School Students (SEGAK) as a method for assessing and promoting physical fitness among students. However, until today SEGAK test results have only been recorded manually because they still do not have a standard and efficient system. This manual approach leads to the complexity of recording, analyzing, and monitoring student fitness levels. To overcome this challenge, Sistem Pengurusan Standard Kecergasan Fizikal Kebangsaan untuk Murid Sekolah Malaysia (SEGAK) was developed. The system was developed with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, aimed at providing a user-friendly platform for teachers, administrators, and students to record, monitor, and access SEGAK test results, track fitness progress, and set goals. SEGAK Management System was developed based on PHP and HTML as a programming language for interface display. The system also uses XAMPP and MySQL as databases. The transition from manual to digital systems brings many benefits to users, such as improved data accuracy, simplified data management, and better access to fitness resources.
