This study focused on producing natural lipstick using banana extract, olive oil, lemon juice, beeswax, vitamin E oil, shea butter, and natural pigments, aiming to create a safer alternative to chemical-based lipsticks. Three formulations were made through processes like weighing, melting, moulding, and flaming. After tests on pH, melting point, and skin irritation, Formulation 3 was selected as the best, with a pH of 6.44, no skin irritation, no fungal growth, a melting point of 65°C, and a breaking point of 200 gm. The study highlights the importance of hygiene to prevent contamination during production.
