In today’s fast-paced world, where efficiency and organization are essential, many students, teachers, and office workers often face the everyday inconvenience of carrying multiple stationery items like pens, pencils, erasers, and correction tape. This not only leads to cluttered bags and workspaces but also increases the chances of misplacing essential tools and creates unnecessary frustration when switching between them. From casual observation and interview, we found that these issues are largely caused by the traditional design of single-function stationery. Our target users are people who value practicality such as students, educators, and busy professionals who need a more organized and efficient way to manage their writing tools. Using a design-thinking approach, we brainstormed ideas, sketched out concepts, and developed a working prototype by using a Shpr3d app over the span of one week, refining it through feedback and testing. The outcome is "Penso," a 4-in-1 tool that combines a pen, pencil, eraser, and correction tape in one compact design. By reducing clutter and keeping essential items together, Penso helps users stay organized and work more efficiently. We hope this product offers a simple yet meaningful solution for those who want to make their everyday writing tasks easier and more convenient.
