During the engine overhaul session in Engine System module, the students find it difficult to remember the order of the engine components that have been removed because of the unsystematic order. To overcome this problem, a smart four tier rack was developed. This rack function as a tool for the student to organize the main components of the engine such as the pistons, valves and bolts that has been dismantled. This rack has been tested to the students and the results shows that the students can easily install the components without failure. This rack can also be used by all the mechanics to reduce time during the overhaul process.
