Over the past few decades, the demand for sustainable paper products has increased due to environmental concerns over deforestation and plastic pollution. This study aims to develop paper from fruit peel waste, such as orange peels, and evaluate its physical and biodegradable properties. The manufacturing process involves washing, pulping, sheet formation, pressing, and drying. The resulting fruit peel paper exhibits moderate tensile strength, high biodegradability, and low environmental impact compared to conventional wood-based paper. The findings suggest that fruit peel paper is a promising eco-friendly alternative for stationery and packaging applications.
