This project is about the design of a boost converter to stabilize the output of photovoltaic (PV) systems under varying light conditions. With the rising concern for global warming and the push for renewable energy, Malaysia is moving towards zero-energy solutions, increasing the installation of PV systems. However, PV panels under standard conditions don't operate at full capacity, highlighting the need for an adaptive boost converter. This project aims to design, build, and test a boost converter that ensures consistent PV output. We present simulation results demonstrating the converter's effectiveness in maintaining stable energy output across different irradiance levels.
