The first problem is students it’s hard to track where the bus is. Buses that will take students to campus and back to residential colleges are not easy for students to find. Second, student not sure the bus arrival time. Students will receive a bus schedule, however occasionally the bus will arrive after the time shown on the schedule. Third, Students can’t expect the number of buses that will arrive. The number of buses arriving to pick up students is less than the number of students who want to go to campus and return to college. Last but not least, People with disabilities cannot detect with bus provide facilities for them. There are so many buses, they are unable to choose the one that priorities the disabled.
