Empire Usahaniaga is an innovative educational board game inspired by the mechanics of Monopoly, designed to enhance entrepreneurial knowledge, financial literacy, and strategic thinking among players. The game incorporates real-world business scenarios, market challenges, and decision-making elements, enabling players to experience the fundamentals of managing a business in a competitive environment. Players engage in activities such as acquiring assets, managing capital, negotiating deals, and responding to economic events, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Unlike conventional board games, Empire Usahaniaga integrates local business contexts and terminology to increase relevance and engagement, particularly for Malaysian audiences. Pilot trials conducted with school and community participants revealed heightened interest in entrepreneurship and improved understanding of basic business concepts. The project demonstrates potential for use in educational settings, youth entrepreneurship programmes, and community training initiatives as a fun, interactive, and impactful learning tool.
