ProgMind AI is an intelligent web-based application developed to help students and lecturers in programming education. The system uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques such as machine learning and natural language processing to evaluate students’ understanding of core programming concepts like loops, arrays, and objectoriented programming (OOP).
The main goal of ProgMind AI is to identify each student’s level of understanding and provide personalized learning materials such as videos, exercises, and notes based on performance. The system automatically generates quizzes, classifies results into three categories low, moderate, and high and presents data visually for both students and lecturers. This project aims to improve the teaching and learning process by offering real-time feedback and intelligent analysis. The system is developed using the Waterfall Model, following phases of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In conclusion, ProgMind AI provides an innovative and efficient solution for monitoring and enhancing students’ programming comprehension, supporting both self-paced learning for students and effective academic decisionmaking for lecturers.
