This project has been named Switch Board Fire Protection, This project was created to detect and protect the switch board from fire at an early stage. This project is able to detect and control fire when the sensor detects a movement in the switch board it will give a signal to the actuator to release co2 into the switch board to extinguish the fire. The sensor also gives a signal to the shunt trip to disconnect the supply to the main breaker. In addition, this project uses a programmable logic control (PLC) control system that controls this system. The sensor used in this system is a heat sensor. The heat sensor will detect heat that exceeds the set temperature. The results of the study also show that this project is able to put out fires and is able to save the switchboard from suffering major losses
