Accessing reliable postnatal confinement care remains a significant challenge for many expectant mothers due to the fragmented nature of existing services. Currently, there is no centralized platform that allows users to efficiently search for, compare, and evaluate postnatal care providers. Information on caregiver qualifications, experience, pricing, and availability is scattered across various sources, making the process time-consuming and often frustrating. The lack of verified reviews and standardized quality benchmarks further heightens concerns about safety and service reliability. This project introduces Pantang.com, an e-commerce marketplace platform designed to streamline access to postnatal confinement services. The platform provides a centralized, user-centric solution where mothers can discover and book trusted care providers with confidence. By integrating service listings, verified reviews, transparent pricing, and availability information, Pantang.com aims to empower mothers with accessible, trustworthy, and efficient support during the critical postnatal period.
