The purpose of this project is to produce an E-payroll application is created using Microsoft Excel. This application is generated by incorporating various formula, including pre-provided ones like Vlookup. This application plays a crucial role in addressing the faced challenges. The project provides an alternative solution for generating payroll statements faster and more accurately by utilizing specific formula. The issue faced by students include frequent errors in calculating salary amounts, difficulty in accurately identifying current-year salary deductions and the challenge of swiftly recording salary slips. With this application, it can prevent errors in calculating salary amounts and accurately identify salary deductions based on the current year. Each deduction is executed more precisely according to the specific year. Additionally, the application enables faster recording of salary statements. The application also facilitates faster recording of salary statements. Throughout the process of developing this e-payroll application, several phases were divided into before, during and after phases. Survey methods were also employed within the Butterworth Vocational College to analyze project data. The project of this application provides ample opportunities to enhance knowledge and experience by creating an application using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Vlookup formula. Moreover, it allow identification of income related to the produced application. However, this project still has shortcoming and weaknesses that can improved. we believe in the market can be met, providing an easy and swift solution can be effectively used and meet the stated objectives
