Nowadays, the system and arrangements to visit the hospital depends on the manual recording. This system causes management not to run well in terms of time and efficient records. If we can develop new systems or ways, it may be possible to further facilitate visitors, patients or hospital staff. The main objective of the hospital visiting System project is to develop a new visiting system that enhances efficient management in hospitals. The system is based on RFID technology that allows the identification of visitors through RFID cards embedded in access cards. Each access card will represent each patient's bed to visitors. The Hospital Visitor System is to monitor by using RFID technology. Visitors ' entry and exit will be recorded efficiently. ESP32 is a feature-rich MCU with integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for a wide range of networks from the application. With a Wi-Fi connection, visitor information will be recorded on Google Sheets such as exit time and entry time. Using Google Sheets to record visitor data offers several advantages for this project. Google Sheets provides a cloud-based platform, enabling easy access and collaboration between multiple users, including security staff and administrative staff. This means that authorized individuals can view and update visitor records in real time from any device with internet access, improving overall efficiency and coordination. In addition, Google Sheets offers robust data management and organizational features, such as sorting, filtering and conditional formatting, making it easy to effectively manage and analyze visitor data. Google Spreadsheet is cost-effective and user-friendly, requiring minimal training and setup time, which is beneficial to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of our RFID-based visitor management system
