In today's fast-paced world, time is a valuable resource that demands prompt and precise action. Many educational institutions still manually ring bells, prompting concerns about expenses, labor, and accuracy. Traditional bell ringing, overseen by a designated timekeeper exiting the classroom, is labor-intensive, inefficient, and prone to forgetfulness. Addressing these issues, this study introduces the IoT Intelligent School Ring bell. It simplifies the academic calendar by alerting students to change classes and utilizing an LED dot matrix display to showcase past and upcoming classes, ensuring schedule adherence. Employing technologies like ESP-WROOM-32 and Blynk Apps, the system enables Wi-Fi connectivity and controls the school bell with a 2 Relay Module. The IoT Intelligent School Ring bell, by preserving schedule precision, proves invaluable for teachers and students, confirming timeline compliance, preventing time wastage, and enhancing overall effectiveness in learning environments.
