AutoWateringAgro+ introduces a dual-intelligence agro-system that encourages sustainable farming through automated solutions. This innovation integrates sensor-based control to detect soil moisture and initiate plant watering, while automatically refilling the tank when water levels are low. This ensures optimal water usage with minimal human intervention. Designed using low-cost electronic components and embedded system technology, the system utilizes soil moisture and ultrasonic sensors, a microcontroller (Arduino UNO), and relay-controlled pumps to manage irrigation and tank refilling processes. Tailored for small-scale farms, gardens, and greenhouses, it aims to reduce manual labor and support eco-friendly practices. Looking ahead, this prototype has the potential to be integrated with rainwater harvesting systems and IoT platforms. AutoWateringAgro+ serves as a tangible step towards building smarter, greener agricultural ecosystems.
