This study presents a next-generation herbal–mineral sunscreen developed with a six-phase homogenization process and encapsulated UV filters to enhance photoprotection and stability. Combining α-Bisabolol, Roman Chamomile, and micronized Titanium Dioxide, the formulation delivers broad-spectrum UV defense with rapid absorption and a transparent, non-greasy finish. Performance was validated through SPF testing, UV Transmittance Card Evaluation, and a proprietary ThermoShield Assay simulating heat exposure. Results confirmed consistent sun protection and superior thermal resilience. This innovative approach addresses key limitations of conventional sunscreens, establishing a sustainable, high-performance solution tailored to demanding tropical climates and environmentally conscious consumers.
