A novel nanocomposite of P(VDF-TrFE) embedded with ZnO quantum dots (QDs) stabilized using TEA ligands was fabricated via spin-coating with varied QDs concentrations  (0–0.50 wt%). Optimal properties were observed at 0.15 wt%, including high dielectric constant (ε′ = 13.9), remnant polarization (Pr = 10.02 µC/cm²), and pyroelectric coefficient (49 μC/m²K). Thermal Stimulated Current (TSC) analysis revealed β, α, and Curie depolarization peaks, with additional relaxation peaks in the composite indicating deep trap states and interfacial space charge regions. The highest energy harvesting performance (19.5 J/m³K²) demonstrates its potential as a surface-engineered smart material for energy harvesting applications.
