This project focuses on the significance of Umrah, a minor pilgrimage to Makkah's Holy Ka'aba undertaken by Muslims throughout the year. It involves specific rites such as Tawaf, Sa'i, and tahalul. Saudi Arabia, home to the Ka'aba, holds a vital position in Islam, globally ranked thirteenth for its oil production. The Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia regulates Umrah travel agencies to combat fraud. To aid pilgrims in selecting reliable packages, a web-based system is proposed. Challenges include inadequate information on affordable packages and fraudulent practices. A questionnaire is designed to address these issues, with content-based filtering and web scraping employed to develop a fraud-preventing system.
