Fish skin is rarely used to create any kind of products and fish skin is often used at restaurants or other industry like fish fillet factories which result in large amounts of fish waste which result in large amount of fish waste thus, our plan is to use the fish skin into leather. At Sabah, Malaysia especially in east coast, local people keen on consuming their favorite fish Chanos chanos also known as Milkfish. The project idea is to produce skin leather from Milkfish. Our project aims a deeper understanding of fish leather as an alternative to conventional leather. It also to encourage a sustainable fashion practices and create an aesthetically fish leather products. Our fish leather may be relatively stronger due to crisps crossing structure of fish skin and that mean its more elastic and tear resistant than cowhide. The fish leather is high in quality which enhance both the style and satisfaction of our customers. Our product are suitable for use by everyone regardless of gender and age. Furthermore, our product have high potential to be marketed and attract many customers all over the world. For the time being, 5A fish leather is expected to be in market by August 2024 and now in laboratory testing.
