This Mini Water Cooled Chiller project is designed by combining a cooling tower and a separate unit that has been modified into a chiller system. This project aims to find the difference in temperature using the medium of water. This project uses the medium of water that is commonly used in common cooling towers and is used to get rid of heat like a condenser system. This project aims to get rid of heat better than the condenser even though the inner unit has been modified into a chiller system. In addition, we use water as a medium because water is a good heat conductor. The water pump will suck water from the bottom of the reservoir and pump it into the water cooled condenser. The water that is sprayed will fall on the fill or embankment which is layered. We have also collected data about our project such as taking temperature, time, resistance, pressure and so on. This aims to ensure better heat removal between the use of water and the fan. Next, the results of the project that we will get are such as the difference in time to cool the room and others. If the project data has been confirmed this will prove that the use of water is better than blowing air. . The data we have obtained from this study is that we found that the use of water medium is able to remove heat better from the outdoor unit. We also noticed that the release of cold air was faster than the normal unit. In conclusion, we hope that the next generation can make our project better than before.
