However, not many have the opportunity to explore the beauty of the islands in Mersing due to distance, time and cost factors. Thus we created a solution by offering VR Builder : Mersing Island Explorers which gives customers a real experience of exploring the beauty of the islands in Mersing just from their seat and further attracting the attention of customers to visit Mersing. This project uses a completely digital method starting with filming a video using an Insta X3 camera, editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and uploading to Youtube VR with privacy settings. Customers can purchase VR videos through our website www.mersingisland.com and it is recommended to watch using a VR set or smartphone with an AMOLED display screen. Our project is able to give customers a real experience of exploring the beauty of the islands in Mersing at a low cost and saves time. Furthermore, our project gives tourists the opportunity to know about the islands in Mersing more closely and attract them to visit Mersing. Also, our product has been on the market and has met Technology Readiness Level TRL 9. In addition, our project helps the government to promote Mersing and Malaysia to the whole world through digital platforms together with the digital world. Next, our project helps to boost the economy of the local population when tourists visit here. In addition, our project giving exposure to students about digital technology and digital entrepreneurship in line with Industrial Revolution 4.0. Finally, our project makes tourists aware of the effects of marine pollution based on SDG 14.1 targets. Hopefully this project can help the government promote Mersing and Malaysia to the whole world through a digital platform as the digital world goes on to help improve the local economy.
