TVET institutions face challenges in preparing students for a digitalized future due to limited budgets and resources. This innovation introduces a system that is retrofitted from an existing conventional trainer into a modular mini-production learning factory that uses a collaborative robot. It uses open-source software called Node-red, Google Assistant, and a mobile app to show advanced control mechanisms, IoT capabilities, and AR technology. This system bridges the skills gap, opens doors for collaboration, and reference in enhancing curriculum, and prepares students to become future-ready workers. This system aligns with ESG principles and UN SDG by repurposing existing trainers.
