This project presents the design of a mini fire tube boiler intended for educational purposes. The primary objective is to provide students with hands-on experience and a visual understanding of boiler’s operation. The miniaturized version replicates the working principle of industrial fire tube boilers while being compact, safe, and suitable for classroom use. The boiler is constructed using acrylic tube, heating coil, copper tubes, and standards safety fittings such as a pressure gauge, safety valve, and steam outlet. In this boiler, heating coil generates heat direct intact to the water for producing steam, which then rotates the turbine, serving as evidence of power generation. By observing the boiler's operation, students can explore and understand concepts such as combustion and working principle of boiler.
