The project theme that was carried out is the product development and the scope area of this project is located at Arau, Perlis. The problem statement of this project is tourists often visit Perlis to use public transportation only as a stopover before continuing their journey to their destination. (Plan Induk Perancangan Pelancongan Negeri Perlis, 2020) The objective of the study was to identify the key feature, to evaluate the royal town of Arau using media such as brochures, posters, and websites to create a Heritage Trail in the royal town of Arau. Currently, the project was conducted using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. From the questionnaire, there is a total of 209 people responded to the questionnaire, and that consisted of 118 women and 91 men. As a result of the questionnaire distributed, the project feedback obtained an average mean of 4.5 which agrees and gives a positive perception toward the heritage trail in the royal town of Arau. To sum up, the majority of the respondents were interested in the creation of a heritage trail in Arau, and they are more likely will try out the trail as they visit Arau.
