Speedy Math is a game-based learning to develop interest and a ‘fun learning’ concept to build strong foundations for students at all levels of solving linear equations. It is an educational technology tool designed to aid teachers in enhancing solving algebraic equation fluency, which is essential in problem-solving strategies. Speedy Math employs the instructional design principles of design and development research methodology. It uses coding from Python software where the motif of the player is to solve as many linear equations as possible to obtain the highest scores. Speedy Math has three different difficulty levels and can be played with two or more players. With Speedy Math, not only will students be skillful in solving algebraic linear equations, but they will also find it enjoyable.
