The Click & Learn – Interactive DOL Starter Kit is an educational innovation designed to help students understand the Direct-On-Line (DOL) motor starter circuit more effectively. It highlights key components such as NO/NC contacts and the A1/A2 coil terminals through visual indicators and real-time mechanical actions. This kit addresses students’ confusion, especially regarding the contactor operation and overload relay. Implemented in the HVAC Testing & Wiring course at Kolej Vokasional Ipoh, the project has improved learning engagement and comprehension. As a TVET-based initiative, this kit supports hands-on learning and promotes innovation in teaching methods for electrical systems.
