HAVINNASH ANANDRAJ SJKT CASTLEFIELD
This project uses the microbit V2 to detect surrounding noise levels and trigger an alert when a specified sound threshold is exceeded. Utilizing the microbit’s built-in microphone, the system continuously monitors the ambient sound. Once the sound level surpasses the set limit, an alarm is activated through the onboard speaker, and a visual icon is displayed on the LED matrix. This simple yet effective project demonstrates how microcontrollers can be used for sound-based monitoring and alerts. It can be adapted for practical uses such as managing the noise in classroom, noise detection in quiet zones, safety alarms, or as a clap-triggered response system. The project encourages hands-on learning in coding, electronics, and real-world problem solving.
