NUR AISYAH BINTI AZMAN KOLEJ VOKASIONAL KOTA TINGGI
This innovation project focuses on producing eco-friendly paper using durian skin and corn husk as alternative raw materials. Both agricultural wastes are rich in cellulose, making them suitable for pulp production. The process involves drying, grinding, and boiling the materials to extract fiber, followed by blending and pressing into sheets. This biodegradable paper reduces reliance on wood-based sources and promotes sustainable waste management. The final product is lightweight, durable, and suitable for various uses such as packaging or crafts. This project not only encourages environmental awareness but also offers a cost-effective solution for paper production through green technology and local resources.
