This project aims to solve the problems of inefficient material allocation, asymmetric resources, and opaque information when flood disasters occur. To this end, we developed a mobile application based on Flutter and used Django as the backend service platform to implement a disaster material donation and management system. The system also connects to the weather API and Google Map API to guide users to the nearest shelter. The system can be expanded into a government-enterprise cooperation platform, integrating warehousing, logistics, volunteer scheduling and other functions, and even providing B2B disaster response solutions, with strong market application potential.
