Despite the importance of breast self-examination, many women do not understand the proper techniques or feel confident in their ability to perform them. Traditional breast self-examination pamphlets may not be effective in reaching and educating women, particularly those who are less literate or have limited access to health information. This innovation project aims to transform a traditional breast self-examination pamphlet into an instructional educational video. The video was created using modern technology, involving a team of experts in the breast cancer field, video production, and instructional design. This will improve their understanding and increase their confidence in performing breast self-examinations.
