Dragon fruit is a fruit that has many nutrients. Most of us only eat the inside only and discard the skin. But, did you know that the skin can also provide unexpected benefits? There are actually many uses for dragon fruit skin. For example, dragon fruit skin can be made into tea, biscuits and even pasta. The title of our project is Dragon Fruit Skin Pasta. It is a natural pasta. The objective of producing pasta from the skin of this dragon fruit is to reduce waste and produce organic food. It can also reduce costs by producing its own food. In recent times, people in Malaysia are facing the problem of lack of production of unhealthy and organic food. It is caused by the cost of living and the rising price of raw materials. This project can save the cost of raw materials compared to pasta in the market and producing more interesting and unique food. Plus, being able to enjoy fruit and pasta two in one and use the whole fruit without any waste. At the same time, This dragon fruit skin pasta project can be one of the innovations in the food field and introduce more organic food than in the market. Thus, it can stimulate students' entrepreneurial interest and creativity. That by making pasta using dragon fruit skin.
