In the fast-paced biomedical industry, the ease of operation is often attributed to the wide array of medical devices available for patient treatment. However, the focus of this project lies not in creating a new medical device, but rather in streamlining the management processes associated with existing medical equipment. These critical procedures pose challenges for medical centers, as they often face a dearth of data concerning the entry and exit of medical devices. Recognizing the significance of this issue, the project aims to develop a comprehensive system that facilitates the recording and storage of pertinent information related to the management of medical devices. Leveraging the advancements of Industry 4.0, the project utilizes cutting-edge hardware, particularly Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, to enable medical centers to effortlessly track and manage medical equipment. NFC allows users to share digital files, establish connections between electronic devices, and conduct secure transactions through close-proximity interactions. By employing NFC technology, the project enables access to dedicated websites for data storage, ensuring the reliability and practicality of cloud-based information management. The dedicated websites will serve as a centralized platform for medical centers to record and store all relevant data pertaining to the registration and disposal of medical devices. Through the successful implementation of this project, medical centers can overcome their data-related challenges and effectively address their management requirements using the dedicated websites as a reliable and convenient solution.
