LOCKIT is a smart locker system made to solve everyday problems faced by students in dormitories. Instead of using physical keys that can get lost or broken, LOCKIT uses an RFID card to unlock lockers with just a tap. It also includes LED indicators, an emergency unlock button, and runs on batteries—making it simple, safe, and easy to use. Designed to be low-cost and practical, this project not only improves locker security but also gives students hands-on experience with real-world technology like the Internet of Things (IoT), while encouraging responsibility and innovation.
