The development of science and technology has created a wide range of advanced and high-tech technological innovations. But the main purpose of developing this project is to create a project that can be used by the community, especially the parents who have babies and create an efficient and affordable way for the community. This design also aims to reflect the project implemented and provide detailed information to build a complete project. The problem when using a common baby car seat is limited functionality. A standard baby car seat does not have the ability to tell a parent or guardian about the baby's condition, for example the baby is left for a while while the parent goes to buy things. This study discusses the development of innovative modules aimed at improving the functionality of standard baby car seats into devices capable of providing notifications via phone calls and messages using the Telegram app. The approach taken in this development involves the application of sensor technology and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity to create a system that is responsive and remotely accessible. By integrating the module with the Telegram app, users have the ability to receive important notifications about the baby's condition in the car, such as ambient temperature, sitting position and other safety factors. The development process includes a well-integrated hardware and software design, with the goal of achieving reliable and user-friendly performance. A run test was conducted to assess the reliability of notifications and the availability of remote access. The results showed that the modules that have been developed have managed to significantly improve the function of baby car seats, providing accurate information to parents or guardians. In conclusion, these improvements can have a positive impact in improving the safety and comfort of the baby in the vehicle.
