Chromolaena Odorata (C. Odorata) is a traditional medicinal plant widely recognized for its remarkable wound-healing properties and various therapeutic effects, including anticancer, antidiabetic, anti-hepatotoxic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant activities. This study focuses on harnessing the bioactive compounds found in C. Odorata, such as terpenoids, flavonoids, phytosterols, triterpenoids, glycosides, reducing sugar, polyphenols, saponins, tannins, and terpenoids, to create a novel soap formulation. The research aims to develop a soap product enriched with the bioactive constituents of C. Odorata, capitalizing on its potential as a valuable source of high-quality antimicrobial agents. By creating a soap based on Chromolaena Odorata, this study seeks to introduce an innovative and sustainable hygiene product, offering users natural wound healing and therapeutic benefits. The soap's potential as a valuable alternative to conventional products makes it a promising candidate for commercialization in the personal care industry.
