"IOT-enhanced LPG Gas Detection System" dives into the comprehensive development and implementation of an innovative gas safety solution harnessing the capabilities of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. With the ever-increasing importance of safety in gas-related environments, the core objective of this project is to significantly elevate LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) safety standards. This is achieved through the seamless integration of the MQ6 LPG detection sensor with a highly responsive shut-off mechanism, combined with real-time notifications that are instantly relayed to the user. In the unfortunate event of a gas leak, the system has been meticulously engineered to trigger the immediate activation of a purpose-built motor. This motor, in turn, serves as a reliable guardian of safety by promptly terminating the flow of LPG, thereby averting potentially hazardous situations. Simultaneously, an alert is swiftly dispatched to the user's mobile device, providing them with real-time awareness of the unfolding incident. Such immediate notifications not only enhance safety but also empower users to take necessary precautionary measures promptly. This comprehensive system doesn't just stop at ensuring safety during gas leakages; it offers an added layer of convenience for users. Through a user-friendly and easily understandable warning system, individuals can now accurately estimate the amount of LPG gas remaining in their tank. This feature eliminates the guesswork often associated with monitoring gas levels, contributing to a more efficient and informed gas management process. In essence, this research serves as a remarkable showcase of how IoT applications can be harnessed to revolutionize gas safety in both domestic and industrial environments. By providing an efficient and practical solution, it not only safeguards lives but also protects valuable property assets, thereby ushering in a new era of enhanced security and peace of mind when handling LPG gas.
