This is a food innovation titled Sushi Special Manis, designed to enhance culinary creativity among pupils through a school-based competition. The objective is to create a unique and appealing version of sushi using locally available ingredients—sausage, crab stick, cabbage, seaweed, black soy sauce, and cheese. This sweet and savoury fusion aims to attract food lover by combining familiar flavours with the traditional sushi format. The process involves preparing and assembling the ingredients into bite-sized sushi rolls, creatively presented to highlight colour, texture, and taste. Sushi Special Manis not only serves as a fun and nutritious snack but also as a platform for educational engagement and entrepreneurial thinking.
