Clean water is very important for human life. However, many people in rural areas still do not have access to clean and safe drinking water. This project, called SafeWater, aims to solve this problem by building a simple water filter using local materials such as sand, gravel, charcoal, and PVC pipe.The filter works by removing dirt, bacteria, and bad smell from unclean water. All materials used are cheap and easy to find in the local community.The filter was tested using dirty water samples. Results showed that the water became cleaner and clearer after going through the filter. This project proves that TVET skills can be used to solve real-life problems and help the community.
