Project Title: EcoShare

EcoShare is a smart electric vehicle (EV) sharing system developed by students of ADTEC JTM Kampus Mersing to provide affordable and eco-friendly transportation within campus. The project combines a rewired EV prototype built using official basic EV components with a mobile application that allows users to book, unlock, and monitor usage easily which was built by the students.

This innovation addresses real campus issues such as high transportation costs, fuel dependency, and carbon emissions from petrol vehicles. By introducing a shared EV system with low usage fees, EcoShare reduces environmental impact while promoting cleaner and quieter mobility inside the campus community.

At the same time, the project opens business opportunities for students through a technopreneurship model where they manage operations, maintenance, and service expansion. EcoShare supports SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 13 (Climate Action), positioning it as a practical, scalable green mobility solution for educational institutions and local communities.
