Smart Pass Access is an intelligent restroom monitoring and discipline management system designed to address frequent and unregulated student movement during class time. Many schools face challenges in maintaining discipline when students repeatedly request to leave lessons, causing disruptions and reduced learning efficiency. This project aims to provide a fair, efficient, and technology-driven solution using RFID-based access, a digital hall-pass system, and real-time tracking through a teacher dashboard. The system allows controlled restroom access while recording student usage data for monitoring and analysis. By integrating hardware and software components, Smart Pass Access promotes responsible student behaviour, enhances classroom management, and improves overall school safety. The innovation supports SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 9 (Innovation), and SDG 16 (Strong Institutions), by integrating smart technology into school environments.
