Alcohol consumption and driving has always been a major problem in Malaysia in fact in most countries around the world. While there are many rules and regulations that have been enforced by the government to curb drunk driving, the rules and regulations are not always preventions. There is a lack of proactive measures that can prevent a drunk individual from driving a vehicle. This innovation is a concept that combines three different elements, an alcohol sensor or detector and a radio frequency emitter. It is a very simple tool that focuses on just one goal which is to stop a drunk individual from starting up a vehicle. When the alcohol sensor detects alcohol from the driver's mouth, it triggers a radio frequency emitter that can interrupt the key fob of the car. This will interrupt the radio frequency from the car key fob thus, preventing the push-to-start function of the car. At the same time, a call will be triggered to an emergency contact. This simple tool is vital in stopping any drunk driver from starting a modern day car and it will reduce the number of fatal accidents involving drunk drivers in Malaysia especially.
