This project proposes a Smart Wheelchair Monitoring System to address challenges in monitoring wheelchair availability and usage in healthcare facilities, particularly during peak hours. The system utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacon and docking sensor technology to automatically detect wheelchair status, usage duration, and indoor floor-level location without user interaction. A web-based dashboard is developed to enable staff to monitor wheelchair usage in real time and manage resources more efficiently. The project focuses on a two-floor prototype to demonstrate system feasibility and functionality, aiming to improve operational efficiency and support better asset management in indoor healthcare environments
