The increasing demand for healthy instant food reflects the shift in Malaysians’ lifestyles toward greater health and nutritional awareness. The rapid growth of the fast-food industry, influenced by modernization and the popularity of fusion foods, has contributed to unhealthy eating habits and a rise in chronic diseases such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.This study aims to develop a healthy, convenient food product based on oats and Nestum, both of which are high in fiber and beneficial for reducing cholesterol levels and lowering the risk of various diseases. Information was gathered through literature reviews, health journals, and reliable online sources to support the development of the product.As a result, a ready-to-use pancake mixture named PANGOO (Pancake Goncang On The Go) was successfully developed. The product is designed for convenience, where dry ingredients are pre-mixed in a bottle, and users only need to add water and oil before shaking and cooking. Improvements such as the inclusion of powdered egg and a variety of flavors were introduced to enhance usability and appeal, especially among children.In conclusion, PANGOO offers a practical, nutritious, and user-friendly alternative to conventional instant food, aligning with the growing demand for healthier dietary options.
