This project aims to develop a digital financial application for the Vokkas Cobra Racing Team (VCRT) at Kolej Vokasional Kajang. The main problem identified is the absence of a systematic accounting system to record the team’s cash flow, which causes difficulties in financial management, especially in the construction of the racing car. The objective of this study is to produce a more efficient and transparent accounting system by using Microsoft Excel software to record the team’s receipts and expenditures, as well as to prepare professional financial reports that meet the requirements of the Formula Student Malaysia (FSM) competition. In terms of methodology, library research, observation, document analysis, and interviews were used to collect the required data and information. The results of the study show that the use of this application helps to improve the accuracy of financial recording and facilitates the preparation of reports, thereby enhancing transparency and increasing sponsors’ confidence. Overall, this application is expected to optimise the use of financial resources and assist the VCRT in achieving success in the competition while improving their financial management. Future improvements include the integration of more innovative elements into the application to support more advanced financial management.
