Watermelon contains various nutrients such as Vitamin C, Vitamin A and antioxidants, but the skin is often discarded. The Emera Pudding project aims to utilize watermelon skin to produce healthy and organic fruit pudding. The objective of this project is to reduce food waste, recycle materials, and save production costs. In addition, this project can increase students' creativity in producing innovative products using existing resources. This product also provides consumers with the opportunity to enjoy nutritious food without waste. Furthermore, this project helps students understand the basics of entrepreneurship, marketing, and has potential to become innovation in local food industry.
