The manual monitoring of urine output in clinical settings is a time-consuming and intrusive process, often leading to inaccuracies and delayed interventions. This project presents an IoT-based Urine Collection Monitoring System designed to automate this critical task. The system utilizes a water level sensor integrated with an ESP32 microcontroller to continuously measure the volume of urine in a collection bag. When the fluid level reaches a pre-defined threshold, the system triggers an onboard buzzer and LED for immediate local alerts. Furthermore, the system leverages the Telegram Bot API to send real-time alerts directly to caregivers' smartphones. This provides a secure and widely accessible communication channel, ensuring that medical staff receive instant notifications regardless of their location within the hospital. This project is cost-effective, non-invasive, and offers a reliable solution for automating patient monitoring, thereby improving workflow efficiency and the quality of care
