XRctive is an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered Web-to-Extended Reality (XR) health platform developed to support Malaysia’s vision for a more sustainable society by 2050. Addressing rising sedentary lifestyles, obesity, and chronic disease risks, the system integrates real-world health data, such as weight, blood pressure, and lifestyle habits, into an AI engine that generates personalized health insights which are delivered through immersive Mixed Reality (MR) and Virtual Reality (VR) environments with an AI-guided avatar and gamified fitness experiences. By encouraging preventive care, increasing health awareness, and promoting long-term behavioral change, XRctive aims to contribute to building a healthier Malaysian population by 2050.
