This project is about creating a system that uses an Arduino microcontroller to automate plant monitoring and watering. This system is intended to help improve plant care by minimizing the effort required while providing plants with the best conditions for growth. To do this, the system uses various sensors, such as a soil moisture sensor to measure water content in the soil, and a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) to measure the intensity of sunlight.
When the moisture content is low, the system automatically turns on a water supply system to water the plants. At the same time, the LDR sensor is used to measure the amount of sunlight that reaches the plants, ensuring that there is adequate sunlight for growth. This system is built using a breadboard, Arduino, and other basic electronic devices, making it a simple system to set up.
This project shows how automation can be used in agriculture, especially in gardening, to ensure that plants grow well while minimizing water usage and human effort.
