Abstract
Herbal teas have been valued for centuries across various cultures due to their health benefits and soothing properties. One such herbal plant is the kaduk leaf, scientifically known as Piper sarmentosum, which is widely used in Southeast Asia for its medicinal and nutritional value. The Marian Kaduk Herbal Tea project was developed to promote natural health alternatives while encouraging sustainable and educational practices among students. Kaduk leaves are known for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties, making them a suitable natural beverage that supports health and well-being.

This project aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-being by promoting natural herbal drinks as healthier alternatives to sugary beverages and artificial drinks. It encourages healthy lifestyle practices and awareness of traditional herbal knowledge. In addition, the project supports SDG 4: Quality Education as students are involved in planting, harvesting, processing, packaging, and marketing the herbal tea. Through this hands-on learning process, students gain knowledge in science, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and environmental awareness. The project integrates health education, environmental sustainability, and entrepreneurial skills, helping to develop responsible, knowledgeable, and innovative students for the future.
